Who we are
SiteKeys builds and looks after websites for small businesses. This policy covers sitekeys.net. SiteKeys is run by SiteKeys.net LLC, an Ohio (United States) limited liability company. Contact: info@sitekeys.net.
What we collect
When you send one of our forms: your name, email address, phone number, business name, website address, what you write and, on the budget form, your budget. We also record which language page you used.
To stop abuse, we keep a coded fingerprint of your internet address (a keyed hash, not the address itself) for one day.
Cloudflare Turnstile checks each form for robots. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and to prepare the plan and quote you ask for. In EU and UK terms, this is a step taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). The abuse checks rest on our legitimate interest in keeping our forms and inbox safe (Article 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not sell them.
Who receives it
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site, stores enquiries, delivers our notification emails and runs the spam check and the visit counts. Google LLC provides our email (Google Workspace). Enquiries sent from the Thai page also go to our reseller in Thailand, who looks after Thai clients. We share nothing else unless the law requires it.
Where it is kept
Cloudflare and Google process data in the United States and other countries. For data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, they rely on safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries: up to 24 months, then they are deleted automatically. If you become a client, our agreement with you says what we keep after that. The internet-address fingerprint: one day. Test and spam records: 7 and 90 days.
Cookies and fonts
This site sets no cookies of its own. Its fonts come from sitekeys.net itself. The spam check runs in a small frame from challenges.cloudflare.com, under Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or object to how we use them. Write to info@sitekeys.net and we will answer within 30 days.
In the EU or UK you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). In Thailand you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee, and in Indonesia to the authority under the Personal Data Protection Law.
Websites we build
Each website we build for a client has its own privacy policy. On those sites the client decides how visitor data is used, and SiteKeys works on the client's behalf.
Changes
If we change this policy, we change the date at the top of this page.
